Who's your secret Fantasy?

By Sara Daniel

Confession time: My teenage fantasies were all about the boys who I wished would notice me and didn’t—in other words, all of them. In my fantasies, they would fall in love with my many wonderful qualities (dumping their hot, snotty girlfriends—naturally), and my biggest quandary would become which one of them I wanted the most.
Hollywood stars (I’m talking to you, Matthew McConaughey and Channing Tatum!) and NASCAR bad boys (What can I say? I’m obsessed!) have taken my fantasies to an entirely different level. These public figures also don’t know I exist, but their star status at least makes my invisibility understandable.
However, fantasies can also be about people who do know you exist but don’t see you in a sexy light or with whom acting on the fantasy would be a serious broach of conduct. Madame Eve has a solution, as she always does, for those smart enough to contact her 1Night Stand service for help. Below are two very smart, very satisfied customers.

Regina’s fantasies about her hot marketing assistant, Gabriel, are interfering with her focus at work. In desperation, she turns to Madame Eve to give her a one-night stand with a man who looks just like him. When the Gabriel arrives in her hotel room, she must choose between walking away and playing out her daydreams with the real thing. Their one night becomes a wrestling match for control as Regina strives to keep the upper hand. But Gabriel is just as determined to show her how to work together for business and for pleasure.

As passion trumps protocol, their one night stand quickly becomes much more than a fantasy.

Excerpt:
The balcony door slid open. The trim, broad-shouldered backside of a man with Gabriel’s basic frame entered. He was dressed in jeans and a dress shirt with the sleeves rolled up his forearms. Her fingers tingled at the prospect of touching his hard, muscled body and claiming it for the night.
The man secured the glass door then rotated toward her. Backlit by the setting sun, he had the same profile as Gabriel. Perhaps his hair was a tad darker, but she could overlook that. The lack of dimples was more disappointing.
He strolled toward her, blocking the sunset and bringing his gorgeous blond curls into the full view of the overhead lights. A charismatic smile lit up his brown eyes, denting tiny grooves on each of his cheeks. “Regina.”
No. Not possible. Not funny, either. She hadn’t wanted the Gabriel. She wanted a fake, one with no career ambitions and a staggeringly low IQ. She’d spelled out her wants on the matchmaking form. “How did you get in here?”
“I checked in, same as you.”
Her mental agenda said she should be heavy petting her way to a blowjob. It did not include arguing semantics with her assistant or a potential sexual harassment suit.
She had to get him out of here before he ruined the match Madame Eve had set up. No matter how much the other guy looked like him, the more time she spent with Gabriel, the less she wanted anyone else in his place. “Where’s the man who’s supposed to be here?”
“I’m him.”
Desire hit her hard. Everything she wanted was in her reach. And as far away as ever.

One Night with the Bridesmaid

by Sara Daniel

Today is release day for One Night with the Bridesmaid, my 1Night Stand novella that follows the maid of honor from One Night with the Bride. This is a short, super-sexy read. I hope you have as much fun reading Sabrina and Rob's story as I had writing it.

Gifted with a 1Night Stand, Sabrina Lopez decides to use the chance to hook up with a man who knows how to give a woman pleasure—a man she’d never have the nerve to approach in real life. Madame Eve exceeds her expectations with the opportunity of a lifetime—and the man of her dreams, movie director Rob Wellington. He might be out of her league, but she’s willing to risk it all for one night.

Believing Sabrina responsible for breaking up his brother’s wedding, Rob sets out to stop her from scamming her way into the groom’s bed—even if he has to take his brother’s place. The last thing he expected to discover was a woman he could love and hold for the rest of his life—if he can convince her that he wants more than one night….

If you missed One Night with the Bride, here are all the details:

When her society matron mother presents Caroline with a one-night stand date a week before her wedding, she’s appalled. Even worse, the encounter will take place at the fantasy ranch resort operated by her high school lover, Javier Alvarado. Although determined to remain faithful to her fiancé, she’s tempted and intrigued to see her first love again. It’s not like she has to sleep with him.

But one look and kiss later, she yearns for the man she walked away from so long ago. Unfortunately, when Javier discovers Caroline is engaged, all he can see is deception and heartbreak all over again.

Can a 1Night Stand from Madame Eve reunite them or will one night with the bride sever their ties forever?

Sometimes Love Needs a Little Help

Two people who meet, begin a courtship, fall in love, decide to spend their lives together, and live happily ever after makes a lovely real life story, but in fiction it’s kind of…well, yawn. We want our characters to earn their happily ever after, not have it handed to them. Sometimes, though, the person who is their perfect match is the last person they would seek out or naturally run across without third party intervention. Enter, of course, Madame Evangeline’s 1Night Stand matchmaking service.

Caroline and Javier have written off their teenage love as a regret from the past not to be revisited. Caroline is preparing to settle for marriage to a man she doesn’t love when her mother intervenes, sending her on a 1Night Stand to see what she’s missing in her life. Suddenly, the love of her past is the only love she can imagine in her future. Thank goodness for meddling mothers and matchmakers!

1Night Stand = Happily Ever After

Buy One Night with the Bride HERE

By Sara Daniel
Happily ever after is my stock and trade. In romance, after the characters have gone through hell and heartbreak, their wedding becomes the symbol of the happily-ever-after future they earned. But what if the two people getting married are completely wrong for each other? What if they’ll never be happy together? What if they’re both good people who will be faithful and grit their way through the long years, regardless?

Well, if the wedding is only a week away and you’re the mother of the bride living your own less-than-fulfilling marriage, perhaps you turn to Madame Eve to give your daughter a 1Night Stand so she can discover what she’s missing.

That’s what happens in my new release One Night With the Bride. The entire bridal party needs a good dose of love and romance, even if their lives are turned upside down in the process.  So, stay tuned. A wedding that was never meant to be can still lead to happily ever after, just not in the way anyone expects.

Excerpt

He led her to the seclusion of the stable then spun to face her. “Are you buttering up my employees to gather secrets about my resort so you can undermine my success and create your own for Sunburst Hotels?”
She blinked, her blue eyes owlish and innocent. “You think I arrived in a helicopter and announced my presence to the entire county to engage in corporate espionage? Granted, I don’t have any prior experience, but I think I’d take the under-the-radar approach. Arrive in a rental car and check in anonymously. Maybe apply for a job as a janitor.”
Okay, so he’d accused before thinking the idea through. Her closeness rendered him temporarily insane. He gripped her upper arms. “What are you doing then?”
“For Sunburst Hotels? Absolutely nothing. I quit my job a month ago.”
“You want to apply as my private janitor? I’m only in my office at night, and if you came in I guarantee you wouldn’t be emptying garbage cans.”
Her eyes grew even more luminous. “What would I be doing?”
“Stripping, so I could take you on my desk.”
Her lips parted, as if the image turned her on.
The hell with the desk. He pulled her flush to his body, wanting her immediately—in the stable, on his real turf.
“Wait.” She pushed against his chest. “We can’t just pick up where we left off fifteen years ago.”
“Why not? We’re two consenting, unattached adults.”
Of course, they had issues from the past to work through. But when they’d been together, she understood him the way no one else ever had.
“Um.” Her gaze dropped away from his. “Actually, I’m not unattached. I’m engaged.”

Demons and Fantasies

Hello, my name is Bunny. I’m a demon. Yes I know, Bunny is a bit of an unusual name, but my father has a wicked sense of humor. No, he does. *raises hand* I swear it’s true. Do you really think that flat tire in the rain was an accident? Or the day you paid off your vehicle, it broke down? Seriously, he’s down there laughing his ass off.

Everyone likes to blame this guy named “Murphy”, but when you think about it, when things go wrong, there’s only one person who could be responsible. As far as Bunny, I don’t have a clue where he came up with that. I’m not furry, nor do I have whiskers, and I have a great dislike for carrots. Love Devil’s food, walks on the beach and the television show,  Say Yes to the Dress.  I have a long tail and horns, and excellent taste in clothing. I’m about as far from a bunny as a gal can get. Well, besides the boffing part, but we won’t get into that today.

*Smiles and slips on smart girl glasses. Glances over rims at a man sitting in a seat across from her.*  Today isn’t about me. I have a special guest in my studio. Today on 1NS, I’m interviewing Gabriel from More Than a Fantasy. We’ll be talking about work place romance and much, much more.
Gabriel, what is your last name? I haven’t been able to uncover it anywhere.
That’s because it’s not important. Gabriel is all anyone needs to know. Anyway, once I convince Regina I’m the only one for her and give her some time to get used to the idea, I plan to take her last name. But I’m getting ahead of myself. I don’t like to tip my hand.

Gabriel, I understand you are a marketing assistant. What kind of products do you help to develop campaigns for?
I develop campaigns for a wide variety of products and services: lawn sprinklers, condoms, landscaping, just to name a few. We could set up a nice little campaign to correct the misconceptions surrounding your name if you’re interested.

My pitchfork clears up plenty of misconceptions, but I’ll keep you in mind for the future. Your boss is a woman. Is this correct? How is it to—work under a woman of authority? Describe what she’s like. Does she do anything that bugs you—turns you on? Have you ever had dirty little thoughts going through your head when you look at her? *Laces fingers together and raises a brow.*
Of course, I have dirty little thoughts every time I look at her, most of them about how much I enjoy, ah-hem, working under her.  Okay, so pretty much everything about her turns me on. What really bugs me is she doesn’t see me as her equal and her partner, but I’m working on her.

Okay, time to test your marketing skills, Gabriel. You have been given an assignment to design a marketing campaign to change the way the public looks at the IRS. How and what mad skills would you employ to help us, er them, put on a better public face?
Sure, give me the most hopeless scenario. Well, I’d start a campaign to show with complete transparency the good and worthwhile projects each taxpayer’s dollars were spent on. If, as many suspect, there are none to be found, I believe I’d talk the IRS into not collecting taxes for a couple year to let the goodwill build organically. *laughs* Guess they won’t be hiring me!

*Pulls out notebook and begins to take notes.* Okay that should do it. Got some good stuff there. *tucks notes away in cleavage.*
You’ve requested the services of the mysterious Madame Eve. She has a questionnaire all applicants have to complete, and inquiring minds want to know, what traits did you list that you require your ideal woman to possess? Possession is very important, I have to tell you. If anyone knows anything about.... *sighs* I digress. Please tell me, um the readers, what you’re looking for in a woman. *Crosses legs and unbuttons a couple buttons.* Do you think it’s a little hot in here? *fans self* So, what skills—traits did you list? Brunette? Hot? Horny?
I seem to have a weak spot for a woman who’s a control freak, has top-notch business senses and has some seriously hot sexual fantasies that need to be explored.

Would you ever stoop to blackmail to get what you want? *Leans in.* Would you? I just love a man that knows how to strong-arm a woman, er convince her to go out. I myself have manipulated many a man. It’s an art, I have to tell you. One that has been in decline since the Dark Ages. Go figure.

*laughs* Blackmail certainly is an art, and with a little finesse my blackmail just might snag me the woman of my fantasies. … What? You think women have a corner on the fantasy market?

What do you think is hot? I’m not talking a lit gas grill, sweetheart.  I’m talking sexy; melt you in your shorts, hot.

Regina wearing her black power heels and showing off her curves.  Did I mention how much I enjoy working *under* her?

Have you been getting any vibes off Regina that might hint at something more could be between you than work? Is this why you requested her specifically? Don’t look so shocked. I know everything. It’s part of the job.

Regina’s way too careful and controlled to give off any vibes at work. But I, uh, might have had access to her emails to Madame Eve. I have no intention of letting her act out her fantasies with someone who looks just like me. If she wants me, she’s going to get the real thing or nothing at all.

Here are some quickies to wrap this chat up.

On a desk or in an office chair?
Desk (But hey, I’ll do the chair too. I’m young. I have lots of stamina!)

Boxers or briefs?
Boxers

Blondes or Brunettes? Redheads?
Brunettes

Beer or champagne?
Champagne (with strawberries, please)

Hockey or the ballet?
Hockey

T or A?
Can I have both? (Hey, I’m a guy.)

Demons or human females?
Human female (Sorry Bunny, but you had to have seen that one coming.)

Er, sorry about that last one. Got a little carried away. Thanks for coming by Gabriel. Good luck with your date.

More Than a Fantasy

Buy More Than a Fantasy HERE!

By Sara Daniel
Six months ago I heard about Decadent’s 1Night Stand series and went to check it out.  I was impressed with the number of titles and the authors who were part of the series. I read over the guidelines and knew immediately that I wanted to write a 1NS book.

Regina’s and Gabriel’s story came to me immediately and practically wrote itself.  I had so much fun writing their story that I knew this series was a perfect fit for me. Fortunately the wonderful editors at Decadent agreed!

Regina had so many trust issues and needed to heal emotionally. She needed a man who would be patient with her and also loved her faults and all but was also strong enough not to let her push him around. By the time I finished writing this book, I’d fallen in love with the super sexy, strong yet sensitive Gabriel, along with Regina.

To be entered to win a copy of MoreThan a Fantasy, leave a comment telling me what kind of man tickles your fantasies, and I'll pick one random winner. Contest is open internationally.
