ReplyDeleteVery cool ... I love the hot, sizzling summertime. Good luck, y'all!
ReplyDeleteI love any time I can get out hiking, especially if it is near a waterfall. But I don't like sleeping outdoors. Too many bad experiences. LOL I need a solid roof over my head. :)
ReplyDeleteAll the best!

thank you for the chance at such a great giveaway. i love the cover,it's gorgeous and the book sounds wonderful. i grew up in Wyoming/Montana and Idaho so i spent a lot of my childhood outside playing in the mountains and woods. i think one of the best things about living in that area was when it would snow. my uncle (he was a truck driver) would get these giant inter-tubes and tie them to the back of his truck. then all of us kids, about 10 of us would pile on and he would drive as fast as he could thru the field next to his house. in all actuality he was probably only going 10-15 mph. :D after we would eat hot cinnamon rolls his wife made and hot cocoa.
ReplyDeletei think that kids just don't know what they are missing nowadays when they have to miss out on some of the simple things like that. :D

I am a pretty boring person for the most part. So if I have time for the great outdoors I spend it next to the pool with a good book. That makes me very happy.

I love hiking alone or with someone else. My favorite was hiking in the mountains in Pennsylvania with my BF. I love laying down and looking at the stars on a clear night, but don't make me sleep outside. Hate bugs. Hello Best Western.
ReplyDeleteThis book sounds fantastic. Can't wait to read it.
