Love in All Dimensions

Available HERE
By Angelita Gill

One of my favorite things to do is to volunteer for the ballet company whenever I can! An avid supporter of the performing arts, I love just being around the general splendor of ballet. It makes me happy and in a world that’s saturated by tech, celebrity, and go! go! go! I think ballet brings a sense of old world enchantment.
I simply had to write a 1Night Stand story involving a ballerina and thought to blend it with a little fantasy for that extra escape, thrown in with some mystery and plenty of romance.
Join Moira and Tanith for a dance, a little magic, a lot of heart pounding passion, and a race against time in Endless Affair:

Tanith is caught in a projectile portal, jumping from one dimension to another. The one thing that triggers his transports is the woman he can't live without: Moira. After years of searching for her in this world, he seeks help from the incomparable Madame Eve. The reward is the greatest pleasure he's ever known. The price is making them go through hell all over again.
Dance is prima ballerina Moira’s life and breath, but her soul yearns for more. Although she plans to ignore a mysterious invitation to a masquerade, her heart denies refusal. The draw to the enigmatic man across the room is intense and, without question, inevitable. With one dance, she's caught. With one kiss, she knows the truth…they've done this before.

Author Bio:
Writing romance is an obsession and a dream for Angelita. As a happy local in Las Vegas, she lives with her own alpha male and still gets giddy when he walks in the room. When she's not chasing her characters on the laptop, she enjoys volunteering for the ballet, organizing a girls night out, looking for wild horses at Red Rock Canyon, and attempting to cook like the French.
Historical romance is her favorite genre to read. If she could travel back in time, she'd attend a ball in Regency England in a fabulously wicked gown, and dance with the most handsome rogue in the room. This shameless romantic loves chocolate martinis, Pin Up Couture, sarcastic wit, and true crime documentaries.
She writes paranormal, fantasy, and contemporary romance and will never stop. Even if there's a zombie apocalypse.

Burnin’ Up the Sheets with a Demon

A Demon's Lure available HERE
By Angelita Gill

It's the time of year when anything seems possible, even magic. At least it does to me. Are we all not looking for a little miracle in our lives once in a while? And when better to hope for it than during the upcoming holidays. Fall and winter are the most romantic seasons of the year to me...ugly Christmas sweater party and all.

The merriment of the holidays aside, there is a shade of mystery in wintertime, is there not? The days are shorter, the nights are longer, the air is colder and a new year is just ahead. Who knows what next year will bring...what changes might occur in your life...who you might meet. A tall, dark mysterious stranger in a quiet library on a snowy afternoon. A charming, wicked funny blonde Adonis at the ice skating rink. Hey, it could happen!

Or maybe not even a human at all. Could be a vampire, a werewolf, and I daresay a demon! *wink*

I invite you take a short break and step into a world where demons not only exist, but aren’t evil. Like my Davien. He’s good at heart. Good in bed. Only bad when he needs to be. He’s got little magic at his fingertips to impress even the most jaded female, including the story's heroine, Kara, who is literally his mortal enemy...and a one night stand. They shouldn’t even touch one another, it’s incredibly forbidden. As Davien would say, that’s a good sign. *wink*

Curious about their story? Get it here at Decadent and warm up your November.

Davien is bidding the human realm adieu, having no reason to stay. Before he leaves, he craves a night of intense, exotic sex and dares Madame Eve to find an immortal willing to touch a demon. There is such a female, but she's an Under Huntress. A demon killer.

For Kara, sleeping with the enemy is beyond forbidden. It's something much stronger—tempting. Drawn to the rumors of their sexual prowess, Kara asks if there is a demon open to the possibility of spending a night with his enemy. The answer is yes and only she and the demon would ever know....

When bodies are bared and labels are forgotten, neither can deny their fates are sealed the moment they met.

And remember, even getting through a shopping day without strangling perfect strangers can be considered a miracle. J

Where’s the Mystery?

By Angelita Gill
When it comes to dating these days, especially for teenagers, mystery is rare. Technology has destroyed it. Remember when the phone rang and your mother walked in your room with the cordless, and said, “There’s a guy on the phone.” Heart stops. You spring up. “Who?!” Omigod. It’s your crush. Or some guy you didn’t even know liked you. Or your new cute-as-a-button boyfriend you would talk to for hours until your mom picked up on the other line, and said, “It’s time to hang up.”  At least, that’s the way it was for me.

Nowadays, it seems teens don’t have that kind of excitement to look forward to. Kids as young as third grade have a cell phone. And they’re constantly on it. Texting, texting, texting. Not even using it to make a call. And with Facebook and Twitter and whatever, your business is everyone else’s. Girls know where guys go, who they’re with, what they’re doing. And vice versa. True, it’s all by choice, but I don’t know anyone that doesn’t have a cell phone and/or facebook account. I know there are a few of you purists out there, but it’s also rare. J Where’s the excitement of the unknown? Instead of waiting by the cordless for HIM to call, you’re watching the cell for his lazy text message. Everyone is judged by their status and who they check in with. Nothing is a secret.

I have a friend who just started dating a very cool, nice guy. If she sends him a text message, and he doesn’t answer within a certain amount of time, panic ensues. Then anger, then confusion. Then insecurity. Then crazy questions as to why he didn’t answer…well, because he was on a boat and didn’t bring his phone. Oh. Now she’s embarrassed. Technology has raised our expectations wildly.

Just with Google, someone could know where you work, who you know, what you like, when you do it, and how. Someone tagged you. You made a comment on a TV show forum. You’re a fan of something and “liked” it. Etcetera, etcetera. Where’s the value of getting to know someone the hard way?

I’ll step off my box. All I’m saying is, mystery is good, it’s what keeps life from being terribly boring. For you single gals that don’t have a home phone, I dare you to get one, and reserve your cell number for someone special. Give the guy your home phone number, go out and party with your girlfriends, and wonder all night if he’s called. Scurry home and check your answering machine…okay, your voicemail. No need to go that far back in time. Because when he does call, when you unexpectedly hear his sexy voice message, it’ll be all the sweeter.

One good thing about love, you will never solve that mystery. It’ll never be predictable. It definitely won’t be for any of my characters. *wink*

Author Bio: Angelita writes erotic paranormal and contemporary romance, but reads historical. If she could travel back in time, she'd be attending a ball in Regency England in a fabulously wicked gown, dancing with the most handsome rogue in the room. This shameless romantic loves chocolate martinis, Pin Up Couture, and ballet. She lives with her very own Alpha male in Las Vegas, aka Sin City, where she is a very happy local.

Endless Affair

Buy Endless Affair HERE

By Angelita Gill
Life is a series of choices. I know, at some point, everyone has wondered what their lives would be like if they’d chosen a different path. If you’d picked a different lifestyle, a different city, a different career, your life would be…well, different. But then again, maybe not, maybe no matter what you did, you’d still be right where you are now.
I was inspired for my third 1Night Stand by several sci-fi movies that made me wonder, is there another me in another time and place that made other life choices?
In Endless Affair, my hero Tanith had fallen deeply in love with a woman named Moira. But he got sucked into a portal, and was forced to leap to a parallel dimension, leaving the world he knew and the woman he loved. He jumps from one dimension to another searching for Moira and as fate would have it, he always finds her. Even though he knows he’ll be torn from her within hours of their reunion, he’ll never stop trying to be with her. Only the power of true love and help from Madame Eve do these two stand a chance to be together for more than one night.

So I ask you dear 1NS readers, what is one choice you made—big or small—that changed your life? I’ll tell you one of mine. If I hadn’t joined a particular author’s online fan club, I would’ve never made a series of decisions that led me to move from Minnesota to Las Vegas on a whim. My life would be so very different!

Lovin’ in an Elevator

By Angelita Gill

For most of us, time spent in an elevator is hands-down awkward. Sharing such a small space—even for a matter of seconds—with a stranger, seems to put most of us in a guarded, uncomfortable state. Because, let’s face it, we all cherish our personal space and elevators take it away from you. We give a hello and step aside, but no one over the age of five enjoys riding elevators. And we all join in on the automatic staring at the digital counter until we arrive at our designated floor with that triumphant feeling of escape.

In my 1NightStand story, Hungry for Touch, an elevator happens to be where the hero and heroine meet…and where the sparks fly hot and fast. Kimber isn’t aware the stranger is the military man Madame Eve set her up with; Nate has no idea his arranged date and the woman that smells like sweet sweat and tropical oil are one in the same. When the elevator malfunctions, that’s when the fun really begins.

Chemistry-building banter fires up a sexual tension that results in a kiss that leaves both burning for more. Though Kimber and Nate both have specific, private reasons for turning to 1NightStand, it all comes down to something humans all crave: touch. Don’t miss how fate and Madame made these two world-weary people come together by purchasing Hungry for Touch.

Have you ever been attracted to a stranger in an elevator and wished you’d said something? Or locked eyes and silently
hoped they would make a move?
